Sometimes it feels like yesterday... |
Married less than 30 minutes...Mr. & Mrs. ...Nashville, TN LDS Temple 2004 |
...that we started this adventure together
as husband & wife.
Our friendship has lasted even longer than 7 years...we met 12 years ago...WOW! For a longer & more detailed version of how we came to be Mr. & Mrs. (or just a nice walk down memory lane), check out this blog post from our old bloggity blog.
We have supported each other, loved each other, worked together, and learned from the challenges in ways we never could have without the strengths that each other has to offer
and most of all the guidance of our Father in Heaven.
We have cried, dreamt, grieved, worked, built, organized, laughed, cleaned, enjoyed, served, studied, & discovered...together.
It has not always been easy, fun, or matching up with our ideals.
It HAS always been uniquely ours, beautiful, and beyond worth it!
I love this man, and I want to be better every day for him
and for our growing family.
This is what it's all about.
Happy 7 Years.

Did you know we almost got married the same day as you? The only reason we didn't was because the semester started two days later and our sealer told us to get married earlier so we could have a honeymoon. So we're three weeks ahead of you in wedded bliss. And 5 years behind in friendship. :)
Happy, Happy Day!! 7 years! You are so beautiful Shara and were a gorgeous bride! I love your dress too. :)
Congratulations :)
For a second, just a brief second, I thought you had forgotten where you live now. Kind of nice you could run over to Wausau!
I wonder if I will ALWAYS get Wisconsin and Minnesota mixed up. I think yes.
Happy Anniversary to a really great pair of cooks. Kooks. is that how you spell it!?
I love this post. Way to make it the first 7 and here's to many more to come. ;)
I LOVE your guys' love story!! Even when you guys were an ocean apart and you told me the whole story in Gaia, I remember thinking, they're a match made in the heavens!!
Oh yeah, and I fell in love w/ Trevor then too for the awesome FedEx packages you'd get that always had a little extra for your comp. !!
