I am always surprised at how fast February flies.
We've been busy, that's for sure!

In addition to random train-side visits,
(because the train station is just a few minutes down the road)
we have also had fun with a few kitchen adventures...
baking cookies, cakes, and trying out new recipes.
J is my baking assistant.
He is seriously interested in all things kitchen.
While I spent a day baking cookies, he had his own little cooking station at the island:
He recently acquired his very own kitchen set up
(thank you to our neighbors who were throwing it away)
Future photos will surely include our new culinary station.
Everyone's excited when Daddy gets home!

When J is not baking, vacuuming, laughing, climbing, playing with trains, trying on Daddy's glasses, or helping me in the kitchen...

So between all of the fun with the darling baby
and busy-busy toddler
I get to eat bon bons all day long.

Right.
Mostly I'm going from one thing to the next,
letting my To Do list stack high on my dresser.
I'll get to it all.

I enjoyed reading all your February posts! Especially when I got to the last photo and saw your heart-shaped box. I have the exact same one, given to me by my best friend and college roommate. Where'd you get yours?
Jen--My sweetie gave it to me as a "wedding gift", he gave it to me right after our sealing, on the way to our photo shoot! It has my initials in the top. Cool we share the same heart box :)
that is hilarious that J is coloring on the roof of the playhouse! and that it has lasted 6 months already and looking rather good still!
It was a good group effort! Yay for Andrew for getting the creative juices going!
