Walkin' in A Wisconsin Wonderland

It snowed all day yesterday, then there were blizzard warnings for our area (we're assuming there was one, we were asleep & heard lots of howling winds + snow--that makes a blizzard, right??), and we woke up to A LOT of snow!

Our first Wisconsin SNOW!
Ok, just kidding.
About how high the snow is on Trevor.
He is kneeling in the snow in the above photo.

We really got somewhere between 10-15 inches...the snow drifts make it hard to tell exactly. Either way, it was enough to close Trevor's office for the day (woo hoo! Family Fun DAY!) & lots of other places around town...

Here's me in my snow boots.
(Not snow boots. Just boots. Snow boots are on my to-get list)
Gorgeous, isn't it?
We had a great time checking out the snowpiles, drifts, and gorgeous trees this morning! Welcome, Wisconsin Winter!

I like those boots! I don't have snow boots, either, so I wear my hot pink rain boots with lots of socks. It works the same as snow boots unless the snow is up to your knees.
