The polar vortex affected most of the country
record low temperatures & windchills
{here we saw -50° windchill on the coldest night}
We had ice inside our windows,
we stayed inside,
and we were grateful for our warm house.
With all of that...we didn't get
ANY NEW SNOW
Just cold.
So this morning, we woke up to this:
And have a happy house full!
About 3-4 inches--
and with some great snow drifts.
We are gathering our gear to head out into the wonderland.
