Holiday 2010: Collage Blast

Clearly, we took too many photos to post one by one...so, I'm trying to multi-task here.
I offer you...our holiday vacation photo collage collection!

We feel so blessed to have been able to enjoy an amazing holiday vacation...Christmas & New Years with our families in Kentucky & Tennessee.

Here is a summary of our adventures
in the form of photo collages...

Gifts given & received
(opening was 100x more fun this year with 2 1/2 year old J!)
White Christmas in KY

Cuddles & Special Time with Nana & Papa

Camo Couple
(Um. I don't really know how to explain this other than the fact that neither Trevor nor I own any camoflage , so wearing it to play in the snow was extra fun & required several photos...and a gun?)

Special Time with the Great-Grands

Cousin Time!
Our boys have three H family cousins: Mavaney, Peyton, & Reece
Aunts, Uncles, Great-Uncles, & Cousin-Uncles...

Everyone loves vacation time to relax:

More cousin time:

Our boys have 2 J family cousins: Ian & Blake

And of course we did a LOT of eating.
Good food in KY.
(not shown in pics: Marsha's delicious eats & Granny Rose's fantastic treats)
Good food in TN.
Good food all around.

And more of the good food:
Dad made these muffaletta mini-loaves--delish!

Backyard fun in the sunshine
The weather warmed up for a few days in TN...so nice!

Ready, Set, RACE!
This is the race track my brothers used as kids...re-formatted for the next generation...oh wait, this wasn't for the little boys, it was for the big boys!!

New Year's Eve: Sound of Music Sing-a-Long
Mom put this evening together. Can you find:
-Doe a Dear
-Ray a drop of golden (yellow!) sun
-Climb every (yellowstone shirt) mountain
-Kurt (note the shorts made from REAL curtains)
-The Baroness (moi)
-Two nuns (in the group shot)
...and of course...
MARIA!

(The evening was a blast. And may or may not have included the beginning of our family sharing activity: stomach flu)

Special thanks to our families who took time to spend with us, who offered delicious food & warm beds, and who travelled many miles to be together this year!!

This was a very special holiday for many reasons...
none the least of which
Baby N's FIRST Christmas:

We hope you all enjoyed a safe & joyful holiday with your family & friends.

That is a serious amount of pics! Looked like a fantastic time. I loved the Sound of Music re-enactment. I watched the movie for the bazillioneth time(is that a number?) over the holidays and decided it's just one of those classics that I will never tire of viewing.
Hope everyone feels better now and is enjoying a wonderful (and healthy) start of the new year!
